How to calm down a spastic hyper kitten?

I love that stage! its the time where we can have fun. But if you dont like it you could try tireing her out play with her make her chase your feet arround the house or a string. But its pretty hard to stop her because its normal for a kitty her age to do that. Soon she will be a tired old cat like mine are. They still play but not nearly as much as when they were younger!!
