Did Ronon Dex from Stargate Atlantis mention having any children before going to work with Sheppard and SG-1?

i was just wondering cuz i'm writing a fanfiction story and i want all the details to fit in place logically. i know he mentioned Melena who he considered "close enough to a wife" before she was killed in an explosion in Sateda's Wraith invasion.
