Who gave these quotes? Is this person a racist? Are they a radical nut?

I really like it when people take quotes out of context and feel the need to add emphasis where there was none to begin with. It's great to spread lies with the truth sprinkled in. This is true propaganda at its best because it's hard to argue against a quote that most won't realize is a misquote and great quote mining.
