Okay. I can no longer twist while hooking my legs on the rungs of a chair. I am now sooooo pregnant that there is not a chiropractor in the land that will touch me. Laying flat and relaxing does nothing. How can I get my back to crack?? The twins are killing me, and I can't sleep! Changing positions in bed isn't working either. I'm sorry to be such a whiner, but it's dang near midnight, and I'm exhausted. PLEASE tell me there's a way to do this....
