Will these be safe for my puppy?

At my work we had a bunch of stuff donated and one of the things was a big cage array with a bunch of nylabones in it. The bones kind of got dumped in a corner in a warehouse and have been sitting there for awhile. They have all been chewed on some and a few are rather dirty. I've cleaned them off pretty well but there is still some dirt in some of the crevices. I want to sanitize them more with either bleach or alcohol. Do you think it will be fine to let my 5 month old puppy chew on them? i'm just a little worried about diseases in the dirt or something, the warehouse they were in is really old and dirty and I'm positive there are rodents.
