Is "American Mcgee’s Alice" going to become a movie?

There was a lot of articles: http://www.beyondhollywood.com/category/american-mcgees-alice-2009-movie/ about it becoming a movie but those are from a few years ago... so does anyone know if it is or going to be a movie?
