Visitation schedule and flexibility?

What about fall break? does he receive a fall break? courts usually aren't too lenient in regard to kids missing school, so beware of that fact. Or what about him coming to visit for an extended weekend? Courts sometimes will not rule on something as trivial as this since it's not a modification of the total plan and will say that you two need to come to a meeting of the minds.
