Your opinions on this dress please?

I found this on Forever21's website and am considering purchasing this because the price is unbeatable and I also think it's kinda cute. What does anyone else think of this dress. Is it worth the 15 dollars plus the shipping I'll have to pay? Also what color do you like best? Thanks!
