What is the best amp?

I am looking on getting a new Amp, maybe a full stack i just dont really have alot of money to spend trying to save up, i was thinking a marshall or something tell me waht you think oh i have been playing a for a while now and starting sound pretty good and right now i have a raven RG-200 combo amp and i love playing heavy metal i want a pantera sound
