Should the Tigers put Carlos Guillen back at Shortstop?

No! Of course not! Guillen was a great shortstop in his prime, but even then he was a very poor fielder, consistently at the top of the league in errors. He definitely did not look very steady in left field, generally know as the easiest or second easiest position. Right now, he is far to old to be playing shortstop again. He should be full time DH, if they play him at all. Raburn has improved drastically in his hitting, but he also looks like an inconsistent fielder. He completely blew the last game of the season by diving for that single, when the Tigers probably would have won the game if Raburn not tried to catch it. The next batter up hit a would-be double play to short, which would have essentially ended the game. I would say that Detroit's best option right now would be to start the rookie Wilkin Hernandez, and move Granderson to bat 6th.
