As a decorator or home owner, do you think this paiting would work?

It is not finished obviously....but it is for a client who has a small semi formalish country quaint dining room (LOL bad description but that is all I could think of). She loves color and has almost a childlike view of things she likes. I wanted to blend the formal with color and simplicity. The teacups which are not painted in will have lots of patterns and colors. The tulips will fall across the top of the canvas with other sprigs of different colored flowers. What sort of style of a room would you think this would go in?
